Faith-based, innovative, learner-driven... HSC is a private Christian microschool serving learners in grades K-12. We are partnering with Cedarwood Community Church in Waterloo, SC. We are opening August 5th, 2024.

(Doors open at 7:45, Pick up by 4:15)


Fridays are designated “Family Days”. The school will collaborate with families who are seeking activities and child care on Fridays. Parents are encouraged to collaborate with other families to create co-operative child care and/or family field trips. At the end of each quest there will be a quest exhibition day to include families and friends.

Option 1: Entertainment Coupon App Fundraiser

We are doing an Entertainment Coupon App fundaraiser for the month of May 2024. HSC will earn $15 for every sale. You can help by purchasing and by sharing the link to anyone, anywhere in the U.S. Future HSC learners may choose to set up their own App Seller account below to earn some fun prizes! Anyone can sign up to help us sell. We have a $10,000 goal!

Make a tax deductible donation via the church website and select the Harvest Schoolhouse fund, or make a check payable to Cedarwood Church with “school” in the memo line, and drop off or mail to Cedarwood Church, PO Box 49518, Greenwood, SC 29649-0009. We also have an Amazon Wish List available for donors to select specific items to purchase for student use.

Option 3: Founding Financial Partners

Financial Partners represent community members who have gifted $6,500 or more, the equivalent of one year’s tuition for one child. All scholarship funding will be awarded to families based on professionally evaluated financial need. Our ultimate goal is to raise a total of $300,000 to have funds to cover full operations for one year of education for 45 students. This would serve as seed money to cover expenses while enrollment grows.
